Meet the people who make W.W.Fairbairns The House of Service

Thomas Fairbairn Sr.

Although Tom Sr. handed the day to day operation of the company over to Tom Jr., he remains active in the business. His vision, along with Tom Jr's., has allowed W.W. Fairbairn & Sons, Inc. to continue the dream of the Fairbairn family and develop into a progressive company serving all of Northern Michigan. Hardly a day goes by that Tom doesn't stop by the store, helping out wherever needed.

Tom Sr. enjoys spending time with his children and grandchildren. He is also an active member of his church and community.

Thomas Fairbairn Jr.

After graduating college, Tommy came to work for the company. Starting as an apprentice, he has learned the industry inside and out. He has taken over the day to day operations of the company, and also manages the Plumbing department. Tommy and Scott work closely together, coordinating the work crews to meet project deadlines.

Tommy enjoys spending his leisure time with his wife and daughter. He is also an avid sports fan.

Scott Mallory

Scott has been employed with our company for over 20 years. Beginning as a service technician, Scott has earned his position of Manager of the Heating and Cooling department. He is a dedicated employee who is never too busy to assist a customer, even though he has a full schedule.

Scott enjoys spending time with his wife and children. He is also active in the community.

Marilyn Jean Fairbairn

For over 30 years, Jean worked tirelessly beside her husband, Tom Sr., and her son, Tom Jr. to continue the tradition W.W. Fairbairn & Sons, Inc. As Financial Auditor, she worked closely with all departments to keep things running smoothly. Jean also was responsible for our great window displays!

Jean was a devoted wife, mother, grandmother and friend to all who knew her. She also found time to volunteer both in our community and her church.

The matriarch of our family was called home to the Lord in 2008. We all miss her tremendously, but know that she is always with us.

Steve Rick

Steve Rick is our Service Department Manager. His extensive knowledge in HVAC technologies is representative of all of our service technicians. He has been a member of our staff for over 17 years, and is dedicated to Customer Service.

Steve enjoys hunting, and spending time with his wife and children.

Robin Drier

Robin is our Head Accountant, System Administrator, and Office Manager. She oversees the day to day operations of the Accounting, Human Resources, and Information Technology departments. Additionally, she manages to keep our network, and web site running smoothly.

Robin enjoys spending her leisure time with her children, and her spoiled rotten Rottweiler. Additionally, she volunteers her time supporting the local Hillside Gardens and Historical Society.

Paul Chaney

Paul is our Purchasing and Inventory Control Manager. Paul is responsible for ordering all product for our service and installation technicians. Paul also assists customers in selecting fixtures for their projects.

Paul spends his leisure time with his wife and children.
